My Organizational Approach

Organizational Wellness utilizes what we know about systems, and what we know about human behavior, to plan and manage the development of organizations into healthy, thriving, and organic human systems that meet the needs of their stakeholders.  Facilitating the recognition of team members and coaching for individual Strength-based development will improve the overall team.  Gallup's research indicates that 87% of employees worldwide are NOT ENGAGED at work.  After being thrust into a pandemic that statistic is undoubtedly higher.  However, placing focus on the individual and integrating your organizational strategy to include a human touch can help increase engagement.

 

Strengths-Based coaching research has identified companies with HIGHLY ENGAGED workforces outperform their peers by 147% in earnings per share.  In business, there are real benefits to a cohesive team and worker productivity.  Productivity is an individual input toward the organization's collective gain.
